Responsibilities

  • Build and run outbound campaigns by creating targeted lists of school mental health professionals
  • Own messaging by creating cold sequences, event campaigns, and nurture flows with tailored copy
  • Conduct cold calling to prospective referral partners to build relationships
  • Manage outreach across relevant platforms using thoughtful automation
  • Drive registrations and attendance for clinical webinar trainings and follow up with attendees
  • Convert interest into relationships by booking conversations with the clinical team
  • Test and refine engagement methods through data and results
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to document successful processes and build a playbook

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in outbound, BDR/SDR, demand gen, or growth roles
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, or Apollo
  • Proficiency in both email copywriting and phone outreach/cold calling
  • Strong research instincts to identify key decision makers within organizations
  • Genuine care for the mission of youth mental health support

Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus performance bonuses ($20,000 - $25,000)
