About the roleThe Paralegal, Manager Legal Services – Operations & Asset Management provides practical, solutions‑focused legal support to Marriott’s lodging portfolio across EMEA. Based in Dubai, the role works closely with hotel leadership, the EMEA Law Department and external counsel.Key responsibilitiesAct as the primary legal contact for hotel managers and operational teams, coordinating with attorneys and internal stakeholders.Monitor and respond to legal enquiries received via email and online portals.Draft, review, negotiate and amend a wide range of operational agreements, including vendor, procurement, IT, sales, marketing, sponsorship, influencer, partnership, food & beverage, spa, fitness, loyalty, group sales, airline and travel agency contracts.Review documents prepared by internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure compliance with Marriott’s contractual standards.Prepare and manage internal corporate approvals and coordinate execution of agreements.Draft renewal, non‑renewal and termination correspondence and support amendments to management and franchise agreements.Assist asset‑management attorneys on acquisitions, financings and dispositions, including leases, licenses and concessions.Conduct legal research, provide practical recommendations, and manage external counsel on specialist matters.Maintain internal legal databases and precedent resources, ensuring high‑quality, timely work.Required profileRelevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrable experience supporting transactional or general corporate legal work.Experience handling complex, high‑volume legal workstreams in a fast‑paced corporate environment.Fluent English; ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Dubai).Required skills
