The role requires office attendance once per week, with the remaining agreed responsibilities completed remotely, subject to business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments. • Maintain accurate records, files, databases, trackers, and supporting documents. • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and internal communications. • Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and deadlines. • Support data entry and review information for accuracy and completeness. • Assist with documenting processes, procedures, actions, and completion status. • Organize documents required for internal reviews, reporting, and audit purposes. • Coordinate meetings and maintain action logs. • Handle company and employee information confidentially. • Support general operational and administrative activities as assigned.
