Digital community manager vacancy in El-Fujairah UAEDigital Community ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our brand's digital community across various social media :- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic- Monitor and respond to online conversations and comments from the community- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms- Collaborate with marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with the community- Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve community engagement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital community management- Plan, organize, and moderate online events to engage the community- Build relationships with influencers and other brands within the community to increase reach- Provide excellent customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or concerns from the communityRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital community management or social media management- Proficient in using social media management tools- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Passion for staying updated on current trends in technology, social media, marketing etc.- Experience working with multicultural communities is a plusThis is a part-time position without accommodation.
