Part-Time Executive & Personal Assistant (Remote) - Luxury & Tech

ABOUT US

We are a founder-led group of four ventures operating at the intersection of luxury and technology:
  • Ermelle - a curated online marketplace built exclusively for verified real-fur maisons, serving luxury clients across the Gulf and Europe.
  • Furellea - a SaaS platform for luxury fashion boutiques and fur maisons, with an AI atelier configurator, virtual try-on and authenticity certificates.
  • develoeper.com Consulting - senior software consulting for enterprise clients including Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone, REWE, Aldi Nord and Bertelsmann.
  • Warenzo - a warehouse management system for European freight forwarders.
Two worlds, one desk: heritage craftsmanship and high-end clientele on one side, enterprise software and logistics on the other. We are looking for someone to run communication and organisation across all of it.

THE ROLE

You will be the founder's right hand and the central point of coordination for every project. This is a genuine ownership role, not an inbox-only position: you take communication and organisation off the founder's plate so he can focus on building.

The role is fully remote and part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. We are building the shortlist now with a target start in Q4 2026 - if you are the right person, we will move faster.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the founder's inbox, calendar and inbound communication across all four ventures - triage, prioritise, draft and respond.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients, partners, furriers, boutiques and suppliers, in English and, where relevant, German.
  • Coordinate projects end to end: track deadlines, chase deliverables and keep everyone aligned across time zones (UAE, Germany, Switzerland).
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings - agendas, notes, action items, and making sure those action items actually get done.
  • Support the luxury side of the business: client correspondence, product and collection documentation, event and showroom coordination, and curated presentation of fur and fashion pieces.
  • Handle travel planning, appointments and day-to-day organisation for the founder, and maintain order in documents, records and internal systems.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, virtual assistant or project coordinator.
  • Exceptional organisational skills - you catch what others let slip and you follow things through without being reminded.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with polished and confident communication towards high-net-worth clients and business partners.
  • German is a strong advantage - a significant part of our consulting and logistics business is conducted in German.
  • Genuine passion for luxury, high-end fashion and fur - you understand this world, appreciate the craftsmanship behind a fur piece, and can represent our maisons with taste and discretion.
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential business and personal matters.
  • Confident with digital tools (email, calendars, project management, AI tools), and self-directed - remote work means we measure output, not hours at a desk.
  • Right to work in the UAE: an own freelance permit or a visa allowing part-time work is an advantage. If you hold a residence visa through another employer, a MOHRE part-time work permit is required - we are happy to arrange this for the right candidate.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Fully remote with flexible hours - genuinely compatible with studies, family or a second commitment.
  • AED 4,000 - 6,500 per month, based on experience and language skills.
  • Direct collaboration with the founder, short decision paths and real responsibility from day one.
  • Insight into two very different worlds - luxury fur and fashion, and enterprise technology - across the UAE, Germany and Switzerland.
  • Room to grow with the role as the ventures scale.

HOW TO APPLY Please apply with your CV and a short note on why the luxury and fur world appeals to you. Applications in English; feel free to add a paragraph in German if you speak it.
