Role Description The Party Host role at Sign Party is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Party Host is responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through event activities, and ensuring that each party runs smoothly from start to finish. Daily tasks include setting up and organizing party spaces, coordinating games and entertainment, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout the event. The role also involves interacting with clients and guests, responding to questions or concerns, and promoting services or add-ons when appropriate. The Party Host works closely with other team members and management to support training, follow event guidelines, and deliver consistently high-quality experiences. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and confidently with guests, clients, and team members. - Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. - Training experience or the ability to learn and follow event procedures while supporting new team members. - Basic Food & Beverage handling knowledge to assist with service and ensure hygiene and safety standards. - Sales awareness to promote additional services, packages, or products in a respectful, guest-centered manner. - Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple activities and maintain event schedules. - Previous experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory. - Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are beneficial.
