This position will be responsible for processing the US Bi-Weekly payroll reputed company reputed company, funding and tax Payroll Specialist will also be tasked with assisting in documenting the detailed payroll process and other Global Payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills. Responsibilities: • reputed company aspects of payroll processing for the US locations. Including but not limited to the funding reconciliation process, 401k file funding, HSA file funding, and invoice reconciliation. • Serves as reputed company to employees to answer pay and/or tax questions. • Audits employee records to ensure reputed company of payroll, deductions, 401(k), and tax-reputed company issues reputed company on employee events such as new hires and changes. • Ensure federal, state, and local income and unemployment tax compliance with the payroll provider and reputed company authoritative bodies. • Reconciles reputed company to the filed quarterly/annual tax returns. • Ensure the year-end process is completed and annual tax statements are issued reputed company and accurately. This includes but not limited to reviewing quarterly/annual wage and tax reports for reputed company, correcting employee wages and/or taxes using OOS or adjustment payrolls and assisting in previewing W-2s to ensure they are correct. • Partners with the Global Payroll team and other People & Culture team members to accurately document processes reputed company to payroll. • Maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of employee and company information and data.
