Perfume Sales Executive (Female – Malayalam Speaker)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Perfume Sales Executive (Female – Malayalam Speaker) with 3 to 5 years of experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable perfumes, oud, bakhoor, air fresheners, and other fragrance products.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fragrance notes, product features, and benefits.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, promotional offers, and gift sets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding inventory, customer feedback, and sales performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Female candidate.
  • Fluent in Malayalam and English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • 3–5 years of experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales.
  • Strong knowledge of perfumes, oud, bakhoor, and fragrance products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
