Role Description This is a part-time Personal Trainer role based in the Doha Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client sessions with some work-from-home tasks such as program planning and client follow-up.

The Personal

Trainer will design and deliver safe, individualized fitness programs, conduct in-home and residential gym training sessions, and guide clients in proper exercise techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client fitness levels, setting realistic goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting training plans as needed. The role also involves providing basic guidance on nutrition and recovery, maintaining clear records of sessions and outcomes, and collaborating with The Wellbeing Hub team to uphold a premium client experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills, including experience designing and leading individualized and small-group sessions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied, performance-focused programs and client motivation.
  • Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that complements training and supports client wellbeing.
  • Recognized certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or sports science from an accredited body.
  • Proven experience working with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professional conduct.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and client relationship skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
  • Comfort working in residential environments and premium wellness spaces; prior experience in luxury or boutique fitness settings is an advantage.
  • CPR and basic first aid certification preferred, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
