Job Summary

Sasti Pharmacy WLL is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations, maintaining inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed pharmacy professional with strong management skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure the accurate dispensing of prescription medications and provide appropriate patient counseling.
  • Maintain compliance with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations, pharmacy standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor medication inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate purchasing and supplier relationships for pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
  • Handle controlled medications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and medication-related concerns professionally.
  • Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, inventory records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Implement quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies regarding prescriptions and medication approvals.
  • Promote health awareness programs and recommend appropriate over-the-counter products and wellness services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
  • Valid Pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Qatar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmacy operations, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with pharmacy management systems and inventory control software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
