Responsibilities:

  • Clinic Days: Participate in 2-3 clinic days per month.

  • Patient Assessments: Conduct virtual assessments for patients seeking to obtain or renew a legal medical cannabis prescription during clinic days.

  • Follow-Up Appointments: Provide follow-up care as requested by patients.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding patient care, scheduling, and any other relevant matters.

Requirements:

  • Professional Membership: Must be a member of the respective provincial college. Must be a registered physician in British Columbia. 

  • Relevant Experience: Experience in pain management and mental health is highly valued.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.

  • Organizational Abilities: Highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competent computer skills and familiarity with digital health tools.

  • Continuous Learning: A keen interest in expanding knowledge about the cannabis industry.
