About the opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Picker to join our fun, professional, and dedicated tmart Department based here in UAE.

Our tmart unit strives to change UAE consumers’ grocery shopping behavior from traditional retail and standard e-commerce to a no-queue, 15-minute delivery, 24/7 always-available experience.

Our warehouse operations team plays a vital role in managing warehouse efficiency. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for ensuring orderly storage planning and an efficient dispatch process. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily store operations tasks

  • Receive and check DC/Vendor purchase orders and invoices

  • Unpack goods and replenish stock

  • Handle pick and pack activities based on online orders

  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy

  • Ensure good housekeeping of the store, including organizing and maintaining inventory, keeping storage areas tidy and clean, and ensuring workplace safety


What you need to be successful

  • High school graduate or above

  • Punctual and responsible

  • Able to work independently

  • Prior experience in retail or the service industry is a plus
