We are seeking a passionate and certified Pilates Level 3 Trainer who shares our commitment to helping women achieve healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives.

Position Overview

As a Pilates Level 3 Trainer at Blaura, you will deliver high-quality Pilates sessions that inspire, motivate, and support clients of all fitness levels. You will create safe, engaging, and personalized classes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

This role is available on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional one-on-one and group Pilates sessions.
  • Design safe, effective, and personalized exercise programs based on each client's goals and abilities.
  • Monitor client progress and modify exercises to accommodate injuries, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or physical limitations where appropriate.
  • Educate clients on proper movement techniques, posture, breathing, and body alignment.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment that encourages long-term wellness.
  • Ensure all Pilates equipment and studio facilities are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Collaborate with the Blaura team to support wellness events, workshops, and community initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and best practices in Pilates and functional movement.

Qualifications

  • Certified Level 3 Pilates Instructor (required).
  • Additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Women's Health, Prenatal or Postnatal Pilates are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Pilates in a studio, wellness center, or fitness environment.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
