This role involves:

  • Leading the development and execution of client account management, premium experiences, and sports partnership management.
  • Driving revenue growth and positioning the arena as a premium destination for sports events.
  • Overseeing sports division operations, working with all relevant internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sporting events.
  • Generating revenue growth within Coca-Cola Arena premium hospitality zones.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and managing the execution of sports premium hospitality experiences.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving premium guest experience by identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Creating strategies to increase revenue from premium products, such as suites, club seats, memberships, and VIP hospitality packages.
  • Relationship Management for Dubai Basketball suite holders, annual seat holders, VIP guests and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely communication with partners and suite holders as directed by Management.
  • Identifying premium improvements across all Elevate products from analysis of guest feedback.
  • Providing personalized and concierge level service for premium guests including ticketing, welcome services, parking and pre/ post event activities.
  • Proactively anticipating guest needs and ensure prompt resolution of any complaints, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all Elevate guests.
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all Dubai Basketball premium spaces. This includes suites, premier clubs, lounges and floor premium experiences.
  • Building and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship.
  • Cultivating and maintain positive relationships with premium guests including suite holders, annual seat holders, high value guests and other stakeholders.
  • Engaging in proactive and personalized interactions to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You should have:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant subject preferred (e.g., hospitality management, Sports Management, Account Management).

Experience:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role or Sports Management.
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Arabic is a plus.
