About the Position

We are looking for a professional, trustworthy, and multi-skilled Private Driver & Household Assistant to support our CEO with daily transportation, household assistance, and general errands. This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who is reliable, discreet, proactive, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Position:

  • Full-Time

Accommodation:

  • Live-In Preferred (Live-Out may be considered for candidates living near Dubai South or Dubai Investment Park)

Location:

  • Dubai South Residential Area

Working Schedule:

  • 6 days per week (one day off)

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Executive Support

Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the CEO to the office, business meetings, airports, and other appointments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive safely, responsibly, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain the highest standards of courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fuelled, and well maintained.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing and routine maintenance when required.
  • Assist with business-related errands, deliveries, and document collection.

Household Assistance:

When driving duties are not required, you will assist with general household tasks, including:

  • Grocery shopping and household errands.
  • Collecting and delivering laundry.
  • Maintaining accurate records of receipts and expenses.
  • General housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, ironing, and basic household organisation.

Cooking (Preferred)

Experience preparing simple, healthy meals or assisting with meal preparation is considered a strong advantage but is not essential.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record.
  • Proven experience as a private driver, executive driver, or family driver in the UAE.
  • Good spoken English with polite and professional communication skills.
  • Honest, reliable, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Well-groomed with excellent personal hygiene.
  • Hard-working, proactive, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing household duties.
  • Comfortable combining driving responsibilities with household assistance.
  • Currently residing in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior executives, business owners, diplomats, or private families.
  • Experience driving luxury or premium vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
