<p>Private Personal Assistant Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 20,000 - AED 32,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a warm, welcoming and respectful family. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting all aspects of the principal's personal life, household operations and multiple residential properties. The successful candidate will be based at the family home in Dubai, Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm, acting as the principal's trusted right hand person. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently with minimal direction. You will be expected to anticipate needs, solve problems and ensure the smooth day to day running of the household and family affairs. The principal owns two residential properties used by the family, as well as a portfolio of additional rental properties, therefore previous experience managing multiple properties is essential. It is essential that applicants: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Private Personal Assistant supporting a private principal and their immediate family. Have experience managing multiple residential properties. Hold a valid UAE driving licence. Be confident working independently and taking ownership without constant direction. Be highly discreet, organised and solutions-focused. Key Responsibilities Acting as the principal's right-hand person, understanding their priorities and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Managing personal and family diaries, appointments and schedules. Booking and coordinating international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries. Liaising with doctors, schools, contractors and other professional service providers. Managing multiple family properties, ensuring maintenance, repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard. Conducting regular visits around the family home to ensure everything is running smoothly. Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers and household service providers. Managing household staff including nannies, housekeepers, gardeners and maintenance teams. Recruiting additional household staff where required. Managing household expenses, invoices and utility payments, liaising with the family's UK finance support where necessary. Organising family events, dinners, celebrations and private parties. Booking restaurants, entertainment, spa appointments and family activities. Running personal errands and handling personal shopping. Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries. Researching services, suppliers and solutions to support the family's lifestyle. Supporting with any ad hoc requests and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the household and family affairs. Strong experience managing multiple luxury properties. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
