PRO/Typist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced PRO/Typist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and the ability to manage official documentation, visa processes, and government-related transactions efficiently. The successful candidate will handle various government services, coordinate with relevant authorities, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage government transactions through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, and other relevant authorities. • Process employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID applications, medical applications, and residency procedures. • Perform Arabic and English typing for official documents and government applications. • Coordinate with government departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to government services. • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and administrative procedures. • Provide support for additional PRO and administrative tasks as required. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Government Relations (PRO). • Excellent Arabic and English typing skills. • Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, and related government systems. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
