Procurement Analyst / Purchasing Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst
<strong>Role Description</strong> This full-time remote role as Procurement Analyst / Purchasing Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst focuses on supporting effective purchasing and supply chain operations for Centro de Entrepreneurship - UdeSA. The role includes analyzing procurement data, tracking supplier performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs, quality, and delivery times. Responsibilities involve preparing and reviewing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records in procurement and inventory systems, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely sourcing of goods and services. The analyst will assist in developing and refining purchasing processes, monitoring market trends and pricing, and contributing to supplier selection and negotiation support. The role also includes generating regular reports, presenting insights to leadership, and helping implement best practices in supply chain management and compliance with organizational policies.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and supply chain principles, including sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.</li><li>Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to improve processes and reduce costs.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.</li><li>Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Comfort working in a remote, digital environment, including proficiency with collaboration platforms and ERP or procurement software.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Experience in entrepreneurship, startups, or innovation-focused organizations is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and uphold ethical and transparent procurement practices.</li></ul>
