Procurement Executive / Purchasing Executive / Procurement Officer
Role Description This full-time remote role as Procurement Executive / Purchasing Executive / Procurement Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support NAY Koçluk ve Gelişim Akademisi’s operations and programs. The role involves identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services such as training materials, digital tools, and operational resources.
The position includes preparing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining accurate procurement records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand needs and budgets. The role also requires monitoring supplier performance, negotiating basic terms when needed, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with administrative and project teams to support smooth delivery of coaching and development services in a remote work setting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and experience managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Management activities.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier proposals, compare costs, and support data-driven procurement decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a clear, professional manner.
- Experience using procurement or ERP tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track orders and budgets.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles; experience in service-based or education/coaching organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate integrity, and align with ethical and development-focused values.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
