About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities within the healthcare sector in the UAE. You will be responsible for securing high‑quality goods and services while maintaining budget compliance and timely delivery.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve best value.Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, RFPs and tenders.Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual terms.Develop, enforce and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.Analyze spend data, forecast needs and produce reports on procurement metrics and budget utilization.Collaborate with internal departments to define specifications and meet material and service requirements.Required profile5–8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management within the UAE healthcare industry.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and resolve conflicts.Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, supplier data and complex documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Required skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems.Proficiency in e‑procurement software.
