Professional Education Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategic implementation and focused growth of educational and training courses
  • Develops curriculum, training programs, and educational resources using clinical knowledge
  • Executes large-scale national education programs and regional/local events within budget
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with market development, commercial, and medical affairs teams
  • Creates, monitors, and reports on metrics and KPIs for educational activities
  • Facilitates educational grants and sponsorships process with compliance and medical affairs
  • Coaches field sales representatives on the use of educational resources
  • Identifies and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders and brand advocates
  • Develops program faculty through onboarding and speaker training
  • Serves as a course instructor and technical advisor for Axogen technologies
  • Provides technical support to customers regarding therapeutic indications and clinical trends
  • Drafts and maintains relevant standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Education, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or health sciences industry
  • 3 years of experience in a medical education role preferred
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50-70% nationally and internationally
  • Must reside near a major airport
