This role focuses on the two older children. A live-in housekeeper is also in place, so the household runs well and the nanny can concentrate on the children.The RoleThis is a senior, child-focused position with a strong developmental emphasis. The family are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of the children's growth: their learning, their routines, their activities, and importantly their emotional development.The right candidate will bring real initiative. Someone who sees what the children need and acts on it, who understands emotional development in school-age children, and who is passionate about that side of the role rather than treating it as supervision.There is a coordinating element too, working alongside the existing household team and keeping the children's side of family life organised and running smoothly.Hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm.
