Program Manager - Train Project Execution

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of the Gold Line Metro portfolio including Civil, MEP, Systems, Buildings, Tunnels, and Enabling Utility works.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Director and CEO on Gold Line Metro portfolio priorities and benefits realization.
  • Ensure project objectives align with RTA strategy, governance frameworks, and Dubai's Strategic Plan.
  • Monitor program lifecycle performance, including milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and risk analysis.
  • Manage project testing, commissioning, and certification processes to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary rail design reviews covering architectural, systems, structural, civil, and MEP elements.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication with government entities, engineering teams, and contractors.
  • Champion digital transformation by integrating tools such as BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled project tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Planning.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • At least 13 years of experience in program management within a related functional area.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with government agencies.
  • Professional PMP Certificate is mandatory.
  • Professional Certificate in Program Management (PgMP) is required.
