The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Your extensive industry knowledge and strong communication skills will help build lasting client relationships and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive analysis.
Advisory Services: Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Negotiations: Facilitate property negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Viewings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and review of property-related documentation and contracts.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Consultant or Adviser in the UAE Real Estate Developer or Brokerage company
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Market Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including legal framework and investment opportunities.
Customer Focused:
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Networking:
  • Ability to network and build a relationship with potential clients and key industry stakeholder.
Language:
  • Preferably Russian, Urdu, Hindi and French speaker
