Property Management- Sr Admin

<p>This full-time, on-site Sr Property Admin role is based in Dubai and focuses on supporting a multiple landlord portfolio. The Sr Property Admin will handle day-to-day administration related to lease agreements, tenancy renewals, rent collection tracking, and service charge documentation. The role includes coordinating with landlords, tenants, and estate agents, preparing and updating property records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local regulations. The Sr Property Admin will also manage maintenance requests, follow up with property management teams, schedule inspections, and support lettings activities such as listing updates and appointment coordination. Regular responsibilities include maintaining accurate databases, preparing reports, responding to customer service inquiries, and assisting the wider team with operational and administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge and practical experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Lettings for residential and/or commercial properties.</li><li>Understanding of Estate Agents’ processes and coordination with brokerage teams and listing platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Property Management, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and documentation.</li><li>Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work, contracts, and data entry.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and priorities.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Comfort with property management software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Previous experience in real estate, property administration, or a similar role in Dubai or the wider region is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
