The Role A crucial role in shaping how we communicate the value of Siemens’ solutions to our customers. You will support the Proposal/Tendering team in developing competitive technical and commercial proposals for projects and solutions.

Your focus will be on:

  • Assisting in reviewing Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents.
  • Supporting basic engineering calculations, layouts, and technical solution development under guidance.
  • Preparing technical documentation including datasheets, compliance matrices, and method statements.
  • Assisting in preparing cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and price breakdowns.
  • Working with engineering, procurement, and project teams to collect technical inputs and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
What We're Looking For Individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and specific soft skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
  • Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience (internship experience is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycles. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to AutoCAD, costing tools, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • A knack for structuring information and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills key for proposal development.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
