The RoleWe are seeking a proactive PropTech professional to support product strategy, technology-enabled operations, digital transformation, and platform improvement initiatives within the real estate sector. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, improve workflows, and help deliver practical solutions that create measurable operational and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate PropTech product, operations, and digital transformation initiatives based on business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve property workflows, customer experiences, and operational efficiency through technology.
  • Support product roadmaps, requirements, priorities, milestones, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with technology, property, sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product, workflow, and technology priorities.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, operational metrics, and user feedback.
  • Coordinate testing, feature improvements, system updates, and implementation activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging real estate technologies.
  • Prepare project updates, performance reports, recommendations, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Technology, Business, Real Estate, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in product management, PropTech, digital operations, technology, or a related function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, technology-enabled workflows, and real estate business processes.
  • Knowledge of product planning, process improvement, stakeholder management, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics, workflow systems, CRM, property technology, or business productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technology and operational solutions.
  • Strong project ownership, organization, and prioritization skills.
