Public Parking Inspector - RTA Dubai

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) requires physically fit Public Parking Inspectors to enforce paid parking regulations, issue electronic fines, and maintain smooth vehicle traffic flow across Dubai's busiest commercial districts.

Daily Field Tasks:
  • Patrol assigned neighborhood sectors on foot or using an RTA-provided electric scooter to ensure complete coverage of the parking grid.
  • Capture clear digital photographs of illegally parked vehicles blocking fire hydrants or pedestrian crosswalks as legal evidence for the traffic fine.
  • Report completely broken parking ticket machines or vandalized street signs directly to the central RTA control room via two-way radio.
  • Maintain a highly professional and calm attitude when dealing with angry drivers who attempt to argue about their parking violations.
Rules for Selection:
  • Physical Endurance: Working entirely outdoors under the intense Dubai summer sun requires excellent health, stamina, and proper daily hydration.
  • Technical Literacy: Operating complex handheld ticketing devices and navigating digital city maps smoothly without technical errors.
  • Background Record: Passing strict Dubai Police security clearance checks is completely mandatory to wear the official government enforcement uniform.
What the Authority Offers:
  • Basic Income: 4,500 to 6,000 AED fixed monthly salary, supplemented by official government allowances and annual performance bonuses.
  • Corporate Support: Direct employment under the Dubai government sector, extensive customer service training, and highly secure job stability.
