QA/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases and test plans validating DoD healthcare data
  • Verify ETL and data integration processes by comparing source and target data
  • Query and analyze complex databases to validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
  • Leverage AI tools to identify data anomalies and produce SQL validation queries
  • Lead requirements gathering activities including stakeholder interviews and user stories
  • Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog grooming
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation and defect reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA and data quality assurance experience in enterprise or federal environments
  • Strong SQL proficiency across multiple dialects
  • Experience with automated and manual testing tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with ETL and data pipeline testing and validation
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance test planning and execution
  • Background in DoD, VA, or healthcare data environments
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Agile environments
