As a Line Lab Analyst, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of Plant Quality Standards as per given instructions/plan with optimal output and strict adherence to hygiene, safety and quality standards.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400"> <p style="font-weight: 400"><b><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE …</strong></b></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400"> <li>Ensure personal safety & safety of others at all times</li> <li>Sustain high line Efficiency and Performance as per LLS and FTQ as per target</li> <li>Perform all operational task as per QMS, SOPs and Work Instructions</li> <li>Ensure cleanliness & proper hygiene of the area including equipment, floor, doors, windows etc. as per GMP, GLP and HACCP and on shift, daily, weekly and monthly basis</li> <li>Keep abreast of NGMP, GI -21.010 and NQMS and for adopting & reporting of business programs like SAP & SAM</li> <li>Maintain good housekeeping and respects protocol of Hand washing, Clothing, Zoning, Shoe change, Beard cover and 5s</li> <li>Maintain 5S conditions every time, reporting near miss observations and creating OPL’s</li> <li>Check, evaluate & monitor the sensory attributes of HALB product and immediate escalation to the direct reports for any deviations observed</li> <li>Product release of HALB and through online sensory and in Globe QMS</li> <li>Sensory panelist calibration through refresher training and spiking</li> <li>Monitor the compliance of sensory panelist performance in a monthly basis</li> <li>Inspect the adherence of all operators in personal hygiene, NGMP and cleanliness of shopfloor facilities</li> <li>Ensure the adherence to rework management system in the whole plant</li> <li>Conduct analysis on all rejected materials from OPRP inspection</li> <li>Daily physical closing & cross checking of materials as per SAP reports, which can secure accuracy of data entry</li> <li>Follow all policies & procedures laid down by the company and strictly abide by factory code of conduct and lines of discipline</li> <li>Maintain relevant documents and conduct on time filling for all mentioned criteria</li> <li>Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Supervisors based on business requirements<b><strong> </strong></b></li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400"> <p style="font-weight: 400"><b><strong>What will make you successful…</strong></b></p> <p style="font-weight: 400"> <p style="font-weight: 400"><b><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></b></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in food science, chemistry, biology</li> <li>1-2 years experience in another laboratory or analytical environment will be a plus</li> <li>Willing to work in shifts</li> <li>Good understanding, communication skills and customer service</li> <li>Good teamwork and proactive cooperation</li> <li>Great Can-Do attitude demonstrating flexibility within the team</li> <li>Good SAP experience and Microsoft Excel program technical and functional knowledge</li> <li>Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations</li> <li>Well-motivated and innovative</li> </ul>
