About Integra Global Solutions

Integra Global Solutions is a global business services and technology company helping organizations operate more efficiently and scale their businesses. Since 2004, we have continued to grow by combining talented people, services and technology to solve real business problems for our clients.

We operate across multiple industries and service areas, creating opportunities for our people to gain experience, develop new skills, take on larger responsibilities, and build their careers as the company grows. We believe a growing company should create growing opportunities for the people who help build it.

Grow With Integra

We want people to join Integra not simply for their next job, but for what they can become over time. As Integra grows, new teams, technologies, services, clients, and leadership opportunities continue to emerge. People who consistently perform, learn, take ownership, and help the company succeed can have the opportunity to grow their responsibilities along with the business.

That growth may mean:

  • Developing deeper expertise in your field
  • Learning new technologies, including AI and automation
  • Taking ownership of larger projects or client relationships
  • Moving into senior or specialist positions
  • Leading teams or business functions
  • Working across different services, industries, or technologies
  • Helping build new processes, products, services, or business line

We don't believe career growth should depend only on how long you have been with the company. We want responsibility and opportunity to grow with capability, performance, and contribution.

If you are someone who wants to keep learning and take on bigger challenges as you become capable of handling them, you will have room to grow at Integra.

How We Work

Our culture is built around three simple values:

  • Be Good

Be a good human—even when others make it hard.

Treat clients and colleagues with respect. Be honest, dependable, professional, and willing to help others succeed.

  • Do Good

Do the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Take ownership of your work. Keep your commitments. Speak up when something isn't right. Solve problems instead of hiding them, and act in the best interests of our clients, your team, and the company.

  • Feel Good

Take pride in your work—no matter how small.

Details matter. Whether you are serving a client, building software, preparing a report, creating a project, running a campaign, or supporting another team member, do work you can be proud of.

What We Value in Our People

Across every role at Integra, we look for people who:

  • Put clients first
  • Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Care about quality and getting the details right
  • Learn quickly and continuously improve
  • Adapt as technology and business evolve
  • Use technology and AI to work smarter
  • Solve problems rather than simply report them
  • Communicate openly and respectfully
  • Help their teammates succeed
  • Want to take on greater responsibility as they grow
  • Can be trusted to do the right thing

Build More Than a Career

At Integra, we want your role to grow as you grow.

As the company expands, new opportunities are created for people who show initiative, build expertise, take ownership, and consistently deliver strong results. That can mean broader responsibilities, new challenges, leadership opportunities, or the chance to contribute to areas beyond the role you originally joined for.

We want people who are interested not only in doing their current job well, but also in developing their capabilities and taking on more responsibilities eventually.

If you are looking for a place where strong performance can lead to greater responsibility, new opportunities, and long-term career growth, Integra gives you the opportunity to build more than just your next job.
