Qualified Person – Regulatory Affair

Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a qualified person (QP) - regulatory affairs to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as the qualified person / responsible pharmacist for the company’s pharmaceutical activities in the UAE, in accordance with applicable regulatory and pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulatory, quality and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Manage the full regulatory affairs lifecycle, including pharmaceutical product registration and licensing activities.
  • Prepare, review and submit regulatory documentation and dossiers to the relevant local health authorities.
  • Key point of contact with MOHAP/MOH and other relevant UAE health authorities.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Valid UAE pharmacist license, MOHAP/MOH or another relevant UAE authority, as applicable.
  • Previous experience as a qualified person / responsible pharmacist or in a similar pharmaceutical regulatory role.
  • Strong experience in regulatory affairs, particularly product registration, renewals, and variations.
  • Previous experience working with pharmaceutical products in the UAE and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
  • Oncology experience is highly preferred.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
