Real Estate Agent / Property Broker – Commission Only

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Brokers to join our team on a commission-only basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new clients, including property owners, tenants, and clients interested in property management and maintenance services.
  • Promote and introduce our real estate and property-related services to potential clients.
  • Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and approved marketing channels.
  • Arrange property viewings and coordinate with clients and property owners.
  • Follow up with potential clients and support the process until successful completion of the transaction.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Adhere to approved prices, fees, rental values, and company policies.
  • Comply with all applicable UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Important Conditions:

  • No fixed monthly salary.
  • Compensation is based entirely on commission from successful transactions.
  • The agent is not authorized to sign agreements, offer discounts, change prices, or make commitments on behalf of the company without prior written approval.
  • Any advertising using the company's name, logo, or identity requires prior written approval.
  • The agent may market services independently under their own name, subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.
  • The agent must maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property brokerage, sales, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate and manage leads independently.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE property market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently on a commission-only basis.
