About Us

Takween Aldar Real Estate is a rapidly growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential, luxury, and off-plan properties. As part of our expanding group, the successful candidate will also support the accounting and compliance functions of Takween Business Advisory, a corporate services firm providing company formation, corporate structuring, Golden Visa, banking, PRO, and compliance services.

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced accountant with strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT, AML compliance, and financial controls to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Accounting

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the real estate brokerage.
  • Record, reconcile, and track commission income, agent payouts, developer receivables, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for brokerage operations and property transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank and transaction reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation of commissions, contracts, and transactions.
Corporate Accounting (Takween Business Advisory)
  • Manage accounting operations for Takween Business Advisory.
  • Record revenue from company formations, Golden Visa services, PRO services, banking assistance, and consultancy services.
  • Reconcile client payments, supplier invoices, and operational expenses.
  • Support management with financial reporting across multiple business entities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and external service providers.
VAT & Tax Compliance
  • Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns.
  • Maintain VAT records and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and filing deadlines.
  • Assist during FTA audits when required.
AML & Regulatory Compliance
  • Support AML/CFT compliance across both companies.
  • Maintain KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation.
  • Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where applicable.
  • Maintain AML records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with goAML reporting and internal AML compliance procedures.
  • Support internal compliance reviews and regulatory audits.
  • Work closely with management to ensure compliance with UAE AML regulations.

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external consultants.
  • Assist in improving accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes.
  • Use Bitrix24 for financial coordination, workflow management, and reporting.
  • Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple companies within the group.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience.
  • Previous experience within a UAE real estate brokerage is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting business setup, corporate services, or professional service firms is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
  • Working knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with goAML, KYC, and customer due diligence procedures is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Bitrix24 (preferred).
  • Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple companies and high transaction volumes.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Must possess unquestionable integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
  • Must handle confidential financial records, payroll information, banking details, client information, employee records, contracts, commissions, and company business information with absolute discretion.
  • Must comply with all company confidentiality policies and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential company information may result in immediate termination of employment and legal action where applicable.
