Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to introduce Vomely to the Dubai market and generate qualified property requests from buyers and tenants.

This is a hybrid, field-based role combining remote marketing work with scheduled meetings and visits across Dubai. During the initial stage, the employee will also help introduce Vomely to selected real estate companies and support broker onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant channels.
  • Generate qualified property requests from buyers and tenants.
  • Develop clear marketing messages explaining Vomely’s concept.
  • Monitor advertising performance, conversion rates and cost per qualified request.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing content, designs and videos.
  • Present Vomely to selected real estate companies when required.
  • Support company and broker onboarding during the initial stage.
  • Provide weekly marketing performance reports.
Requirements
  • At least three years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
  • Dubai real estate marketing experience is required.
  • Proven experience generating qualified real estate enquiries through paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal car.
  • Ability to work independently in an early-stage company.
  • Applicants must provide examples of campaigns they personally managed, including measurable results such as advertising budget, cost per lead and conversion performance.
Employment Details
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Hybrid and field-based in Dubai.
  • A probation period will apply in accordance with UAE employment regulations.
