Receptionist (Arabic speaker female)

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team in a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure while handling front desk operations efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify guest reservations, identification, payment details, and room information.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, room types, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room assignments and monitor room availability.
  • Process payments, invoices, and deposits according to hotel procedures.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
  • Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other concierge-related requests when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures, including health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Perform cashiering and end-of-shift reconciliation when assigned.
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with appropriate attention and discretion.
  • Promote hotel facilities, services, and applicable room upgrades where appropriate.
  • Prepare and complete shift reports and communicate important information during handovers.
