Recruiter and Interviewer Application

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter and Interviewer Application based in United Arab Emirates.

This fully remote role is an opportunity to play a direct part in identifying and selecting talented professionals for a growing global organization. You’ll conduct multiple video interviews and structured role-playing assessments, evaluating candidates against the skills and behaviors required for each position. The role combines recruiting expertise, strong communication, and careful judgment to identify candidates who demonstrate professionalism, growth mindset, and team alignment.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and continuously refine selection criteria. Success requires excellent organization, confidence on camera, and the ability to assess candidates consistently and thoughtfully. Your work will have a meaningful impact on building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct multiple video interviews each day with candidates applying for a range of positions, creating a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Lead structured role-playing calls and practical assessments to evaluate candidates’ real-time communication, problem-solving, and role-specific capabilities.
  • Review and understand each open position in depth to identify the skills, experience, characteristics, and behaviors required for success.
  • Assess candidates for professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal abilities, and alignment with the organization’s expectations and working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed interview notes, evaluations, and candidate feedback within the recruitment or applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure every candidate interaction is conducted consistently and reflects high standards of professionalism and communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, discuss candidate assessments, and refine selection criteria when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment, ideally within a fast-paced or remote environment.
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews and role-playing conversations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate character, communication style, professionalism, and overall suitability objectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple interviews and candidate evaluations efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining punctuality, responsiveness, and consistent availability during agreed working hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, quality camera, and professional microphone suitable for frequent video calls.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing, structured assessments, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience or familiarity with the localization and translation industry is considered a plus.
  • A genuine interest in identifying and recruiting talented individuals who can contribute to a high-performing, growth-oriented organization.
