Job description:

Landmark International Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Regional Warehouse Manager to manage and enhance warehouse operations across multiple branches in the UAE.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented professional who can take ownership of warehouse performance across 5+ branches in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise and the ability to drive measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, stock availability, picking efficiency, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs
✅ Maintain inventory accuracy of 99%+ through effective cycle counting
✅ Ensure Min-Max inventory compliance across all branches
✅ Monitor replenishment timelines and stock availability
✅ Improve picking and put-away accuracy
✅ Ensure on-time delivery performance
✅ Conduct regular branch audits and implement process improvements
✅ Control shrinkage and damages within targeted limits
✅ Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards
✅ Optimize manpower utilization and team performance

Candidate Requirements
✔ A Master’s Degree is mandatory
✔ 4+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
✔ 3–5 years of experience managing multiple branches simultaneously
✔ Experience in automotive spare parts, aftermarket, or fast-moving distribution preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory control, and warehouse processes
✔ Proven track record of achieving operational KPIs
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
