The Role

We are seeking a proactive registration professional to support registration requests, application processing, participant coordination, and administrative activities. You will help review registration information, maintain accurate records, communicate requirements, coordinate confirmations, and ensure applications are processed efficiently and professionally.

This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international programs, digital registration systems, administrative operations, and participant coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process registration applications, enrollment requests, forms, and participant information.
  • Review submitted information and verify that required details and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with applicants, participants, clients, or internal teams regarding registration requirements and next steps.
  • Send registration confirmations, instructions, reminders, updates, and other relevant communications.
  • Maintain accurate registration databases, participant records, application trackers, and digital files.
  • Monitor registration status, outstanding requirements, deadlines, cancellations, and changes.
  • Coordinate registration updates, transfers, amendments, withdrawals, and other participant requests.
  • Assist with scheduling, onboarding, orientation, event registration, training enrollment, or program administration where required.
  • Prepare registration reports, participant lists, status summaries, and administrative documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve registration workflows, processing times, data accuracy, communication, and participant experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Education, Hospitality, Communications, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in registration, administration, admissions, enrollment, event coordination, customer support, or a related function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of registration, application processing, record management, and administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with registration platforms, CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, online forms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing applications, participant information, and supporting documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple registrations and deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle incomplete applications and registration-related issues.
  • Professional, responsive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
