Remote AI Trainer; Coding, Finance, and Medicine/Nursing
<p class="MsoNormal">TrainBrain builds expert-authored training data and evaluations for AI labs. We're hiring practising professionals in three domains to write, solve, and grade the problems frontier models are measured against.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>We're hiring domain specialists in:</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;"><strong>Finance & Accounting</strong> — accountants, financial analysts, controllers, auditors</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;"><strong>Software Engineering</strong> — working engineers across languages and problem domains</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;"><strong>Medicine & Healthcare</strong> — physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and clinical researchers</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal">No AI background required. We train you on the tooling.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you'd actually do</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Every model that returns a broken function, a wrong reconciliation, or an unsafe clinical suggestion got there because no expert caught it during training. You'd be that expert.</p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Write hard, realistic problems from your domain — the kind that sit right at the edge of what current models can handle</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Solve them yourself, so there's a verifiable correct answer</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Grade model attempts and explain precisely where the reasoning breaks down</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Refine tasks until both the difficulty and the gradability are right</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal">This isn't your day job in a new wrapper. No clients, no month-end close, no tickets, no on-call. It's written work, on your own schedule.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What we look for</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Deep hands-on experience in your field, excellent written English, and sharp attention to detail. Credentials help — CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, MD, MBBS, PharmD, RN, a CS degree — but demonstrated expertise counts more than any specific letters. Above all, we want people who show their work and are comfortable saying "I'm not sure, and here's why."</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Terms</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;"><strong>Pay:</strong> $45–$100/hr, set by domain, seniority, and assessment performance.
