As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Clerk, you will be the critical link between manufacturing teams, quality control personnel, inventory controllers, and planning specialists. Key Responsibilities
Production Order Processing:
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to finalize production orders, generate accurate labels for quality control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and ensure timely entry into the enterprise system.
Batch Record Management:
Prefill, review, verify, and scan batch records, attaching them to the appropriate modules within careerzynith’s ERP platform to maintain a complete audit trail.
Inventory Coordination:
Work closely with inventory controllers to identify and assign bin locations for purified and conjugated bulk products, guaranteeing location accuracy and traceability.
Re‑test Sample Resubmission:
Assist planning teams in the resubmission of re‑test samples, ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
ISO & SOP Compliance:
Perform all duties in strict accordance with ISO requirements, including adherence to the “line of clearance” rule and established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Continuous Improvement Projects:
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives aimed at streamlining data workflows, reducing manual entry errors, and enhancing overall process efficiency.
Ad‑hoc Support:
Provide additional support to manufacturing, quality, inventory, and planning teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus a minimum of six (6) months of hands‑on data entry experience,
or
a Biotech Certificate, Associate’s degree, or higher in a scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency with careerzynith Office suite (Word and Excel), including the ability to create, format, and manipulate spreadsheets and documents efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining data integrity in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote manufacturing, quality, and inventory teams.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with careerzynith Navision System (or any ERP platform) is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with enterprise‑level data management.
- Laboratory exposure or hands‑on experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting, providing insight into manufacturing workflows and quality control processes.
