[Remote] Digital Commerce - Solutions Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flipkart Commerce Cloud offers innovative composable commerce solutions for enterprise digital commerce. The Digital Commerce Solutions Sales Representative will drive growth in the North American market by identifying and converting high-value opportunities within the retail and e-commerce space.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively prospect and qualify leads, managing the transition from Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) to active Opportunity
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, discovery, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation
- Engage with C-level stakeholders, VPs of eCommerce, and IT leadership to understand their digital strategy and position FCC’s composable commerce stack as the solution to their technical and business constraints
- Partner with offshore Solution Engineering and Product teams to facilitate technical discovery, demos, and RFPs, ensuring that the proposed solution is perfectly matched to client requirements
- Represent FCC at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate net-new pipeline
- Facilitate "native-speaker" conversations to reduce friction, build rapport, and establish trust with US-based enterprise prospects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within the digital commerce, retail tech, or supply chain management space
- Demonstrated success as a 'hunter,' consistently exceeding quotas and converting new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of modern commerce trends (Composable/Headless architectures, AI-driven personalization, Retail Media Networks)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical value propositions into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles with high autonomy in a remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for client meetings, on-site discovery, and industry conferences
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commerce business leaders, and technical decision-makers
- Mastery of tools and methodologies to identify and penetrate large enterprise accounts
- Ability to effectively brief and leverage pre-sales engineering resources to deliver high-impact demos and technical proposals
- Understanding of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI analysis, and enterprise procurement processes
