The Ecommerce Account Manager, Amazon is responsible for driving growth and brand excellence on Amazon channels, overseeing vendor relationships, and optimizing product listings and advertising strategies to enhance performance and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive brand visibility, sales, margin, and conversion across Amazon Drive Amazon marketplace growth through effective product listing management, brand store experience, pricing strategies, content, advertising, A/B test strategies, and performance optimization Lead and build the vendor management relationship as the day-to-day contact and acct lead for JID (or SID) Partner with the Ecomm Content Manager to monitor and improve digital shelf performance glance views, SEO, PDP quality, content score, image accuracy, and product discoverability Build promotional calendars to maximize ROI and partner engagement and work to secure promotional approval through compelling and analytical business case creation Oversee marketplace compliance, operational performance and account health while optimizing FBA inventory, FBM procedures, and logistics to ensure JSG meets & exceeds Amazon benchmarks Troubleshoot operational issues with Vendor Central including PO issues, chargebacks, and cases Conduct competitive research and category analysis to uncover whitespace opportunities, identify high-velocity listings, and guide channel expansion Partner with marketing to develop and execute content enhancements plans, paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, A/B test strategies, and personalization initiatives that enhance visibility and conversion Monitor performance through creation and usage of dashboards and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations Stay current on Amazon, marketplace, and general ecommerce industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategies and unlock new revenue streams Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align growth initiatives, program execution, and go-to-market strategies Lead strategic planning for both near-term execution and long-term (3-year horizon) channel growth Manage FBA Weekly replenishment order process; while monitoring inventory levels to maximize turns and reduce AMZ fees Manage 3rd Party platform to aid in the recovery of AMZ fees Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred A minimum of 5+ years' previous experience in Ecommerce Account Management & Marketing, Amazon experience required Experience marketing a global brand in the ecommerce space, B2B preferred Proven ability to assess Ecommerce business and develop a marketing/merchandising strategy to drive growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with customers and internal partners Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, PIM, DAM, Commerce platforms as well as other marketing tools Benefits Annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible hours and alternative work arrangements designed to support a healthy work-life balance 401K plan, complete with a company match Company-paid short and long-term disability insurance Generous paid time off Personal days A robust employee wellness program that supports your overall health and happiness Company Overview Justrite Safety Group (JSG) manufactures and provides industrial safety solutions.
