Key Responsibilities

    Live Chat Support:

    Deliver prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance to customers via careerzynith’s chat platform, handling inquiries ranging from account queries to transaction disputes.

      Virtual Assistant Duties:

      Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of briefing materials.

        Project Execution:

        Assist in the rollout of ad‑hoc initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and continuous improvement is embedded across the team.

          Event Coordination:

          Organize and support internal events, market visits, leadership summits, and community outreach programs, handling logistics, venue selection, and participant communication.

            Onboarding & Training:

            Facilitate the onboarding experience for new hires, managing equipment provisioning, system access, and introductory training sessions.

              Vendor Management:

              Liaise with external vendors across the European market, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contractual compliance.

                Process Documentation:

                Draft, review, and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.

                  Data & Reporting:

                  Generate and analyze performance reports, travel expense summaries, and project status updates for senior leadership review.

                    Continuous Improvement:

                    Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance the customer experience, and contribute ideas to the broader operational strategy.

                    Essential Qualifications

                    • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese (Brazilian).
                    • Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience providing administrative or executive support within a large, matrixed organization.
                    • Proven track record of interacting directly with senior leaders and handling confidential information with discretion.
                    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
                    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
                    • Experience in live‑chat customer service or virtual assistance roles is highly desirable.
