The Sr. Analyst, Analytics and Insights role focuses on supporting the CVS Health Communications organization by measuring and improving communication strategies through data-driven insights.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze data across earned media, social, and owned CVS Health brand channels to provide a clear view of communications performance and impact, and audience engagement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and performance metrics
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support communications strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain data quality and ensure the accuracy of reporting, dashboards, and analyses
  • Support reputation measurement and analysis, including survey-based and third-party research programs, and help communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Support audience research efforts, including surveys, sentiment analysis, and other methods used to better understand stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of communications analytics tools, dashboards, and data sources
  • Partner with communications colleagues and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and measurement approaches
  • Management multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or data strategy, communications measurement, marketing analytics, media analytics, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to develop clear, actionable insights
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Familiarity with communications, marketing, digital, or media performance metrics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with communications, reputation, public relations, or marketing measurement programs
  • Familiarity with social listening, media measurement, reputation tracking, or audience research tools
  • Experience conducting stakeholder research, including surveys, sentiment analysis, or qualitative research
  • Familiarity with communications analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Cision, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Signal, or similar tools
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or emerging measurement approaches
