[Remote] Working Student People & Culture, HR Operations, Recruiting & HR Marketing (m/f/d)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevatic Software GmbH is focused on effective development solutions for smart enterprise collaboration. They are seeking a Working Student in People & Culture to support HR Operations, Recruiting, and HR Marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling
  • Assist with HR administration and daily People & Culture operations
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, organizational changes, and offboarding activities
  • Support People & Culture activities using our HR and collaboration systems, including Personio, Microsoft 365 (Teams), Jira, and Confluence
  • Help maintain and improve HR data quality, reporting, and documentation
  • Assist with integration projects related to acquisitions and organizational changes
  • Support the automation and optimization of HR processes using AI and digital tools
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and process descriptions in Confluence
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for People & Culture projects
  • Support HR marketing and employer branding activities across digital channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functions

Skills

  • Currently enrolled at a university and free to work a minimum of 15 hours a week
  • You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, in an international work environment and have a good command of German (minimum B2 level)
  • A highly organized and structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive, analytical, and trustworthy mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and transparent communication
  • A genuine interest in HR, people topics, business operations, and process optimization
  • Confidence in working independently while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Strong interest in digital tools and technology
  • Polish language skills are a plus
  • Experience with Personio, Microsoft 365 (especially Teams), Jira, or Confluence is considered an advantage
  • Interest in employer branding, social media, communication, and HR marketing activities is a plus
  • Creativity and an eye for engaging content are a plus
