The Replenishment Associate helps maintain this flow by monitoring stock, moving merchandise efficiently from delivery to sales floor and ensuring products are correctly displayed, labelled and priced. The position also supports inventory accuracy and loss prevention by identifying stock discrepancies before they affect store operations. Key Responsibilities * Monitor inventory levels throughout the store and replenish merchandise before essential stock runs low. * Arrange shelves, fixtures and product displays according to established merchandising and presentation guidelines. * Coordinate with the inventory team on incoming deliveries, internal transfers and movement of merchandise. * Verify product labels and pricing before merchandise reaches or remains on the sales floor. * Help maintain accurate stock records by identifying and reporting shortages, discrepancies or unusual inventory movements. * Participate in scheduled inventory audits, physical stock counts and cycle-count activities. * Apply established loss prevention procedures when handling, storing and replenishing merchandise. * Move stock safely between storage areas and the sales floor while protecting products from damage. * Keep stock-handling and replenishment areas clean, orderly and safe throughout daily operations. * Follow workplace health and safety requirements when lifting, carrying, storing and arranging merchandise. * Support changing store requirements during peak trading periods and high-volume replenishment cycles. Ideal Profile This opportunity suits a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent who is comfortable working in an active retail environment. Previous exposure to retail stores, stock rooms, inventory handling or merchandise replenishment would be useful but is not essential. Strong attention to detail is important because the position involves stock quantities, pricing, labels and product placement. Candidates should be physically capable of moving merchandise and remaining on their feet for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts is also required.
