The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will drive the overall integration of functions and factories. Responsabilités (FRANÇAIS) Agir en tant que Chef de projet (PCL) : assurer le leadership global des initiatives transversales. Piloter l'intégration pluridisciplinaire : diriger l'équipe intégrée multidisciplinaire (MFT IPT) afin d'harmoniser les contributions des fonctions techniques, industrielles et de support tout au long du cycle de vie du produit. Incarner la vision stratégique : traduire le plan d'évolution du produit à 10 ans (PEP) en feuilles de route opérationnelles concrètes, en étant l'interlocuteur unique auprès des partenaires exécutifs et des principaux fournisseurs. Gouvernance et architecture de projet : établir et adapter la gouvernance des plateformes locales et internationales pour garantir une agilité maximale. Gestion stratégique du changement : organiser les chefs de projets de changement (PCL) pour l'ensemble des lots de travail, en assurant une vision consolidée et une maîtrise totale des impacts sur le produit. Interface exécutive : agir en tant que voix unique (Single Voice) pour le portefeuille interne et pour les fournisseurs externes stratégiques. Anticipation et innovation : guider l'évolution de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire (MFT) en termes de compétences et de ressources. Gestion de la performance : définir les indicateurs clés et piloter les jalons de maturité (Maturity Gates) avec une approche proactive de prévention des risques. Embody the strategic vision: translate the 10‑year Product Evolution Plan (PEP) into concrete operational roadmaps, ensuring a single voice to executive partners and major suppliers. Governance and Project Architecture: establish and adapt governance of local and international platforms to ensure maximum agility. Strategic Change Management: organize Project Change Leaders (PCL) for all Work Packages, ensuring consolidated vision and control over product impacts. Executive Interface: act as Single Voice for internal portfolio and strategic external suppliers. Anticipation and Innovation: guide the evolution of MFT in terms of skills and resources, incorporating "Make or Buy" considerations. Performance Management: define key indicators and steer Maturity Gates with proactive risk prevention. Profil (FRANÇAIS) Vous détenez un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou l'équivalent. Vous possédez plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de leadership de produits ou de programmes complexes (aéronautique, technologies de pointe ou FinTech critique). Vous avez une expérience démontrée dans la gestion d'environnements en forte croissance ou à forte densité technologique (systèmes complexes, sécurité matérielle/logicielle). Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'influence auprès de la direction générale (niveau exécutif) et votre aptitude à naviguer dans l'ambiguïté. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais et le français. Profile (ENGLISH) You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent. You have more than 15 years of experience in product or complex program leadership roles (aerospace, advanced tech, or critical fintech). You have demonstrated experience managing hyper‑growth or high‑technology density environments (complex systems, hardware/software security). You are recognized for your ability to influence at the executive level and your aptitude for navigating ambiguity. You are perfectly fluent in English and French.
