Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About the Position:Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking Restaurant Managers to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team.The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:Manage daily restaurant operations in alignment with Wynn SOPs and service standards, ensuring proactive readiness rather than reactive response.Collaborate closely with Reception on pre‑arrival awareness, reviewing guest profiles, VIP lists, and special requests to prepare the team for seamless execution.Deliver consistently high‑quality service, ensuring every guest interaction is intuitive, polished, and aligned withForbes Travel Guide 5‑Star engage with guests on the floor, anticipating needs before they are expressed and resolving issues with grace and , inspire, and coach supervisors and service team members to embody Wynn’s Four Pillars in every interaction.Conduct daily briefings that integrate pre‑arrival insights from reception, ensuring the team is prepared to anticipate guest needs.Monitor daily financial performance, including sales mix, labor cost, and productivity indicators, translating operational decisions into strong financial outcomes.Contribute to business planning, revenue initiatives, and operational strategies that anticipate demand and maximize profitability.Prepare and present operational reports, insights, and recommendations to the General Manager.Support inventory management, cost controls, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.Maintain cost‑effective efficiency, overseeing labor, inventory, and controllable expenses within approved budgets.Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and urgency, ensuring effective resolution and recovery.Monitor service performance and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing continuous improvement actions.Contribute to revenue optimization through effective management of turn time, seating strategy, yield management, and demand planning.Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and ability to translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:A proven track record of 3–5 years in luxury or high‑volume dining management is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead with precision, composure, and guest‑focused excellence.Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5‑Star service standards and familiarity with SevenRooms is preferred.Measurable and applicable product knowledge of F&B, budgeting and cash handling experience.Secondary school diploma or above; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management an advantage.Good spoken and written English, and one other language assigned to the skill base of the restaurant guest demographic.Proficient in MS Office, Co‑Pilot and other AI Tools and POS software.Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities.Customer service orientated, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.Self‑motivated, Organized, confident, friendly and polite.Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high‑pressure work environmentAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits:We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
