Apt Resources is seeking friendly, customer-focused retail sales associates to join our client's souvenir shop team in Montenegro, Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to build your retail career in Europe while working in one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.

As a retail sales associate, you will assist customers, promote and sell a variety of souvenir merchandise, provide product recommendations, process transactions accurately, maintain attractive store displays, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Recommend products and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and store standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, souvenir shop sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and sales-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be currently in UAE.

Benefits

EUR 700 net salary plus tips plus monthly performance bonus (2% of the outlet's revenue, shared among eligible team members) plus shared accommodation.
